I have two words: life-changing! I’ve always been active and enjoyed working out, but I often didn’t see results for the work I put in. I now realize it had a lot to do with my diet. I always thought if I worked out I could eat whatever I want and that couldn’t be further from the truth. I started SmartShred with the intention to lose my "baby weight," but it turned out to be so much more. With three kids running around it can be really hard to focus on yourself, but I found with this lifestyle change I was able to lose the weight, feel good, and still have plenty of time for my three young boys.

I think one of the most amazing things for me is that I now have control. I no longer have an insatiable craving for chocolate (an addiction!); I can enjoy anything I like to eat with my sweet tooth well in hand. I am never hungry. I've lost 30 pounds so far and feel like a new woman. I am 57 and didn't think I'd be able to lose weight at my age. Nope, it came right off. If you hit your numbers, it works. It's amazing.

I played sports in college and have always been pretty active. While I have always worked out and eaten a healthy diet, as I have gotten closer to fifty, the weight was packing on and I couldn’t seem to lose it. Like many people, I’ve got a busy life without enough free time and so I needed a solution to this problem to be super simple.
