Robin is a Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and Personal Trainer with a B.A. from Tufts University and Master’s from Columbia University. Founder of SmartShred Nutrition, Robin has helped dozens of clients reach and maintain their weight loss and body composition goals, achieve personal fitness records, and discover a new sense of confidence that comes with defining one’s best self.
A lifetime fitness enthusiast and active member of the industry, Robin excelled in Rugby, Track and Field and, in more recent years, CrossFit. Despite her active lifestyle, she did not have a full understanding of how essential good nutrition is to achieving both conditioning and body composition goals until her introduction to the macro nutrient plan.
Having tried standard calorie counting, paleo, and low-carb/no sugar diets among others, Robin earned her Fitness Nutrition and Personal Training Certifications, and is in the best shape of her life in her 40s while eating the foods she loves and teaching others how to do the same.
